  12. teleworking information.

  16. The basic information pack includes pamphlets on what teleworking is,
  17. what kind of business is most likely to benefit [the ones on the
  18. telephone :-) ], economics of teleworking and products available from
  19. BT.

  21. It should also be possible to request copies of BTs research
  22. reports into teleworking and arrange an appointment  with a BT sales
  23. manager by ringing that number.
