  23.   Neat idea that, do BT have plans to do that?  It seems that the BT bills
  24. seem to be an exercise in over how many pages you can possibly spread what
  25. usually amounts to about 15-20 lines of info... Also BT bills seem too
  26. complex for what they are.

  28.   As an aside the amount of 'flyer' post seems to gone up from all the
  29. utility suppliers of late, I wouldn't mind so much if they sent it with a bill,
  30. but just posting something which going to go straight into the bin seems a
  31. big waste.
