- I've just got round to taking over the phone in my flat, I've lived there
- for some months. I got a bill for the rental for the rest of the current
- quarter and a final bill for the previous user for the phone calls made
- up to the takeover date less a refund for the rental. BT have refunded the
- net cost of the rental and not the cost including VAT, in other words VAT
- has been paid twice for the same service. When I get a refund from a shop
- I get my VAT back as well. Also, how does this get sorted in their accounts?
