- Am I right in thinking that one of the advantages of GSM is that the subscriber
- would be able to roam freely from one European GSM network to another? If so,
- given that "PCN is based on the GSM spec." will this benefit still be available
- to PCN users? Or will PCN be in direct competition with GSM providers?
