  22. Why do people always assume that because the telco can provide some
  23. really interesting feature that 0.6% of the population find really
  24. useful it is inherently a better operator?

  26. I suggest all those that believe the American networks to be better
  27. than the UK read an article posted last week in comp.dcom.telecom on
  28. how a University of California survey found the American operators to
  29. be lagging behind, in particular, Japan, Singapore and the UK.

  31. As for NTT, I expect they're pretty good.
