- Not a lot when you put it like that :-) In the first case you will still
- answer the 'phone - but if the salesman is rude or breaks the code of
- malpractice in any way, you can report them knowing the number from which they
- called. Secondly - you cannot (on most if not all exchanges now) leave an
- unanswered call ringing for very long (3 mins??) to stop the tie-up of
- international lines and also another particularly crafty scam that I won't
- go into in case not all exchanges have yet been updated.
