  19. Nah, like everything else in Canada, suck-ups are subsidized.  It's a special
  20. program that Ottawa has going to make sure that Canadian suck-ups aren't
  21. overwhelmed by 'Merkin ones.  It's called "CanaSuck".  As you can see, they
  22. still have a ways to go.  There are additional subsidies for Francophone
  23. suckups, as well as for those in various Native tongues.  Very multicultural
  24. society, Canada.
