  17. I never said criminality is racially determined, but for whatever
  18. reasons, crime rates do vary, and obviously a high crime rate for one
  19. race does not disqualify individuals from military service. I'm 
  20. unsure about this one if for no other reason that the country is so
  21. split, and the folks in charge are so overwhelmingly against it. I'd
  22. keep on working on it until they're comfortable with the idea on
  23. how it would work, since that's what happened with integration of 
  24. minorities as well.
