  33. today, the congress would have the votes to overturn it.  Which would
  34. be the worst possible course of events.

  36. This MUST be done correctly, or we're going to be worse off than
  37. before.

  39. Change must start now, as all indications are that the opposition is
  40. growing.  So an immediate halt to the investigations and to asking new
  41. recruits about their sexuality is a good way to start that.  And it
  42. will help defuse the argument that the military will fall apart.
