- Thurgood Marshall died yesterday at the age of 84. His death is
- a strong reminder that he left the world in 1993 a far better place
- than when he was born in 1908, and that he is a chief reason for
- the improvement.
-
- Does anyone have stories reflecting on Justice Marshall's legal
- writings concerning the rights of homosexuals? All I know is that
- he voted to overturn the Georgia sodomy laws in Hardwick v. Bowers
- (1986).
