  16. Not personally, but I have known people from both "sides" of the
  17. crime.  While there are those who consciously prowl the halls of the
  18. office with sex and conquest on their minds, I think that there are
  19. also those who just want to be friends but have not learned the proper
  20. social graces.  Instead of asking a co-worker out for a social event
  21. and testing the waters before admitting that they are attracted to
  22. this person, some seem to jump the gun and say stuff that is
  23. inappropriate.
