- gotta start the hard work very early on. Queers and other liberals in
- Minnesota (of which there are many) are getting very well organized to
- fight the Coalition for Family Values, whose principal leaders arrived
- from other parts of the country to do their hatemongering within the
- last two months. So far it's been a fairly sad story for them here, but
- just cuz you're winning doesn't mean you can let up for a minute. We
- also don't have voting by initiative/referendum, and the House/Senate
- have a large and vocal contingent in our corner, so at least from here
- it looks like they'll not get very far *crossing fingers*
