  30. I don't know how I feel personally about this.  I can see the argument
  31. going that AIDS is fundamentally different from other disabilities; there's
  32. generally a greater stigma, greater financial burden, greater isolation,
  33. etc. attached to it.  I mean, how many parents stop talking to their kids
  34. because they became quadripeligics in a car accident?  How many amputees
  35. get their health insurance canceled?
