  16. Well, according to my one on ones with the HR people at the CIA and
  17. NSA they do not discriminate, but from experience in such matters I
  18. know that what that means is that they value the "opinion" of their
  19. security investigators and depending on the "opinion" of said
  20. investigator concerning gays and lesbians, one might be disqualified
  21. for a number of different reasons (none of which would be
  22. homosexuality).
