- A small glitch... the Joint Chiefs want to meet with Clinton
- face-to-face before they do anything which he has requested through
- Les Aspen. I guess they are still nervous on his executive order
- time-table and his intentions on getting the code of conduct modified.
- I think all CLinton needs to do is smoothe down a few ruffled feathers
- and then the witch-hunts will stop and the paperwork will change.
- There will still be rules of conduct concerning homosexuality off-duty
- and off-base, but those will have to be changed through congress,
- although the executive order could tell the powers that be that they
- should look the other way or go with equal ease on the "crimes" as
- they do with heterosexuals.
