  18. Thank you. At last someone finally comes out and says it. It is long
  19. past time that we stop blindly following this cause, candidate, or
  20. leader or another simply because he/she/it acknowledges our existence
  21. in some token way. People and organizations seeking the "gay vote" are
  22. frequently long on promises and very short on delivery.

  24. And I am damn sick of it. And I am more than annoyed at those who
  25. embrace a cause or candidate for little more than the perception that
  26. it is "gay OK".

  31. our standards for promise fulfilment. Perhaps we should go on the
  32. offensive and demonstrate that what the g/l/b community giveth, it can
