  21. I would say that what you are talking about is this: men are trained
  22. to fight. Women are not. A common question asked to female rape
  23. victims by men is this: "why didn't you scream?" or "why didn't you
  24. tear out his eyes?" etc. Again, we tend to assume that others have the
  25. same experience that we do.
