  12.   MEXICO CITY -DJ- Northern Telecom Ltd. (NT) has signed a $13 million
  13. supply contract with Petroleos Mexicanos, Mexico's national oil company,
  14. to provide a telecommunications network.

  17. integration of voice and data communications, will be installed this
  18. year in Mexico City, Morales and Villahermosa.
