  17. I'm not sure whether "opintotuki" should be mentioned as income on
  18. your tax return, actually, I think it should (but in general you
  19. shouldn't need to pay any tax over it since it's so little anyway).
  20. Stipends are - to my knowledge - exempted from tax, and therefore so
  21. very wanted by every post-graduate student. There exist stipends which
  22. one receives in addition to ones income, and yet they are free of
  23. taxes, i.e. netto income.
