- It seems to me that your attitude is a little too cynical to square with
- reality. Implying that Irap should let the missiles go through to
- minimize damage to the city is a little far-fetched and, frankly, sounds
- quite a bit like blaming the victim. "If he had tried to dodge my blow I

- perspective, look at the scuds shot at cities in Saudi.

- My point: it is natural for a nation to attempt to defend itself. When
