  25. As far as I know, the SA-3 comes only on a mobile launcher.  Since the missles
  26. in question are apparently moving all over the no fly zone, I would assume Iraq
  27. deploys them as such.  However, since the "launcher" is simply the Russian
  28. standard ZIL-157 truck with launch rails on the back, along with associated
  29. equipment, it wouldn't take much to turn a mobile launcher into a fixed one.  
  30. A flat tire would do the trick <g>.
