- MathCad is not 'shunned', sir. I am very impressed with Mathcad. I use
- it, Macsyma and Mathematica regularly and MathCad is the cheapest,
- easiest to use math package there is. I agree it does not have
- the amount of funtions and procedures that the other packages have but
- it is also a tiny fraction of the cost. It's interface is *much* moer
- user friendly and it does the daily calculations and plotting in
- a straightforward way.

- It is a 'helluva' calculator for 80 bucks.
