- I find it fascinating that intrastate FM transmissions were deemed legal
- for non-commercial use in the arizona case. I wonder if other rules
- applying to the number of PSAs and language apply? I suppose you would be
- better off if you didnt draw attention to yourself by using foul language
- but if the FCC doesnt regulate intrastate...

- BTW how much would it cost for a setup with a 2 mile broadcast radius???
- I assume all you would need is a transmitter and an antennae...would a
- regular TV/Radio antennae from Radio Shack work?
