  11. I bought a Sony 27", model KV27TS27 t.v. a year ago and have had nothing 
  12. but trouble with it.  The t.v. was replaced once already.  The top two 
  13. inches of the screen intermitantly lose one of the color bands and vertical 
  14. lines tend to bend in this same area.  Sony is now offering to replace this 
  15. t.v. again, but this time with a refurbished KV27EXR20 model.

  17. Does anyone have information on the KV27EXR20?

  19. Should I accept a refurbished model?

  21. Is there any information out there about the track record of the KV27TS27?
