  11. I hope that this posting is in the right group. I'm 
  12. just a beginner at this stuff, so I don't know
  13. what I'm doing.

  15. I have a uppper mid-range audio-video system.  
  16. My problem is that I cannot figure out an appropriate 
  17. way to set up my REAR SPEAKERS.  I've looked at all the setups
  18. reccommended in the manuals, but they wouldn't work right
  19. in the room I have.  Since the sofa is against the wall,
  20. I can't put the rear speakers behind it.  Below is a 
  21. rough description of the room.

  45. Now due to family constraints (ie opinion), I cannot move the TV.
  46. Also note that the sofa cannot get any closer to the TV (not too
  47. good for the eyes). Notice that the doors also cause problems.

  49. Where would you put the rear speakers???
