  13.     I would like to thank all of you who have responded to my posting about 
  14. the SONY KV27XBR55 Geometric Distortion problems. In addition, I would love to 
  15. hear from any and all of you who have had similar problems with SONY TV's. 
  16.  
  17.     I have a long standing complaint open with SONY, and I do intend to 
  18. take legal action against them if they will not repair/replace my set. I will 
  19. not, obviously, use anyone's names if this thing ever does get into court. 
  20. However, I think SONY should be made aware of the number of customers who have 
  21. to resort to "fixing" their own TV sets because;
  22.  
  23. a) SONY Sets have defects which the company will not acknowledge
  24. b) SONY service personnel are incompetent.
  25. c) Let's not even discuss their customer support reps.

  28.     If a SONY TV has pissed you off and made you feel like you paid a 
  29. premium price for an inferior product, let me know.
