  27. I received a Sharp 4-Head VCR that initially had a trembling still image.
  28. After reading the manual I found that I was expected to make some adjustments
  29. to a screw in the base of the VCR. I did that and I get a good still picture
  30. now. Maybe your VCR has some such thing that is required...
