  14.      Sorry.  Looks like I did not make it clear.

  16.      There is only one frame on screen.  This frame vibrates 
  17. (shake, tremble, quiver) vertically.  The amplitude of this 
  18. vibration is only about half inch on my 20 inch TV.  But it 
  19. is quite rapid.

  21.      I am sure it is not caused by my TV because I have tried
  22. all adjustment knobs on my TV.  Also, I tried tracking (VCR)
  23. but in vain.
