  18. Another data point. I spent 3 weeks in Austria and almost every move I
  19. saw was letterboxed. This was true for the two Austrian national
  20. channels, the 3 major German networks--ABC, NBC and CBS equivalents,
  21. and the satellite only channles--RTL and Sat*1.

  23. When I asked my parents, they said "It has always been this way"
  24. (funny, cause I don't remember it being that way last January I was
  25. there). They also agreed with me that it makes much more sense to see
  26. the whole file image instead of only a portion.
