  16. I've seen several advertisements for Panasonic's new S-VHS editing
  17. deck, the AG1970. Has anyone had any experience with it?

  19. For example, is its two-line TBC adequate?
  20. In particular, does it manage to remove the "hammer" effect 
  21. (flagging at the start of a field due to the heads encountering the edge 
  22. of the tape)?

  24. Does the VCR seem to be sufficiently robust?

  26. The advertisements have been rather lacking in technical details.
  27. It'd be nice if someone with a spec sheet could post the "important" parts.
