- In mid-February I'll be going to Toronto for a winter vacation.
- I'll be there for about a week and I was thinking of seeing some
- of the other cities in the Ontario for a couple of days. My
- interests are skating, hockey and other winter sports. My
- sons interest is playing in the snow and my wifes interest is
- more on the history of the area.
-
- I'd like to get some opinions on what are some good cities to
- see within reasonable driving distance from Toronto. I was
- thinking about Ottawa. I heard that there was a Winter Festival
- there sometime in February, but I don't know any details.
- Also, how are the roads in Ontario in the winter? Are they real
- icy? Is there anything one should know about driving there
- in the wintertime? Is there anything a southern boy should know
- before going to canada in the winter time?
-
- Please e-mail responses to me.
