- United Mileage Plus uses First Bank. I have found them to be
- tolerable, but do not plan to renew my card.

- Diner's Club and American Express both offer a program where you can
- apply the miles to any major frequent flier program. I know American
- Express requires an additional fee and a 5000 minimum. Diner's Club
- has no fee, a 3000 mile bonus, and a 1000 minimum.
