  24. age group of 18 to 21, and was wondering if anyone under 21 has been able
  25. to rent a car from one of the major rental companies. (I know that some
  26. small independent companies will rent to us young folks.)

  29. young drivers if the driver has a credit card with car rental damage 
  30. insurance since the driver wouldn't need to purchase the LDW from the
