  14. I flew United from SFO to Heathrow in November and then Heathrow to
  15. Vienna on Austrian Air Lines.....I had the flu and could barely walk
  16. and the Austrian Air Lines folks met me in Heathrow with a wheel
  17. chair, got me to their terminal, stayed with me until my flight left,
  18. had someone with a wheelchair meet me in Vienna, collect my bags,
  19. change my money and then get me a cab....
