- Last summer on our trip to Provence and Languedoc, my wife and I
- really enjoyed the Cadogan Guide to the South of France. It is a
- nice book, with a mixture of middle priced accomodations,
- and standard sites combined with nice walks and drives and smaller,
- less well known things to do. It was a nice supplement to the Red
- and Green Guides.
-
- Unfortunately, the only Cadogan Guide for France appears to be for
- Provence and Languedoc. Does anyone know of any similar guides for
- France (outside Paris). Alternatively, what are your favorite guides
- to France (outside Paris), or even books (similar to Mayle's work on
- Provence).
-
- As always, thanks in advance.
