  11. It has been announced on the Beeb today, that the good old British(English)
  12. have not approved Oleg's application for a working permit, because
  13. he has not played enough games for his country. The deal is therefore
  14. now off. Tough luck for Spurs, and more well thoughtout life-and-death
  15. situations solved by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. He should have
  16. applied to be a corner shop owner, instead of a footballer.
