  23. I can't imagine an ACL healing itself, was it fully torn??

  25. I was told if I continued an aggressive lifesytle the odds were high that due
  26. to the lack of stability in the knee, long term cartilage damage was highly
  27. likely.

  30. I had mine replaced with the patellar ligament, I'm back to a full 100%
  31. lifestyle (skiing chutes, windsurfing etc..) My brother had his ACL replaced with
  32. a Kevlar strap, he is only back 40%. Our Therapies were totally different also,
  33. mine was very aggressive PT, his was none for 2 months, then gradually building
  34. up. I saw the 49ers team surgeon he saw the Red Sox Surgeon.
