  16. A minor point here.
  17. While one appreciates the description of 'adequate' and 'new,' a number of us
  18. do this because we record the storm and snow history for watching avalanches,
  19. which while "adequate" might be  cute, it tells us a little more about the
  20. snow pack.  We aren't trying to boast or defect, we are just trying to stay
  21. alive.
