  20. shows a station a 52nd Street, where the Cynwyd (Manayunk) line branches off.
  21. Dunno when it was last used, but the book dates from 1972.

  37. The branch through Bala only runs as far as Cynwyd, and only weekdays
  38. (6 trains each way).  My understanding is that the bridge over the
  39. Schuylkill isn't in good enough shape any more.

  41. Manayunk and on has service from the ex-Reading side, through Market
  42. East, North Broad, etc.  (The Bala branch is ex-Pennsy -- did that
  43. ever run thorugh on the Reading trackage?)
