  16. ACQUISITION DETOURED: The Interstate Comerce Commission said it would
  17. orde Wisconsin Central Transportation Co. to negotiate with the United
  18. Transportation Union before it could complete its purchase of the
  19. Green Bay & Western and Fox River Valley Railroads, according to
  20. Wisconsin Central executive vice president Thomas Power and Edwrd
  21. Garvey, an attorney for the union, which represents workers at the
  22. Green Bay & Western. Fox River Valley workers are scheduled to vote on
  23. union representation by Feb. 5. Wisconsin Central orkers are not
  24. unionized.

  27. Also, I head the following Bessemer & Lake Erie units were heading
  28. north on the WC today: SD38 861, SD38 862 & SD38AC 865. Also in the
  29. consist was WC GP30 707 and 2 SD45's and a GP40.
