  14.      The Willamette & Pacific's operation of SP's westside branches will
  15. result in the elimination of 30 SP positions.  However, the W&P has 65
  16. positions available and SP employees are being given priority.  The
  17. general manager of W&P is Bob Melbo, former SP Traffic Mgr., and also
  18. former Oregon Div. Superintendent.

  20.      Fairly extensive track rehabilitation will be required, as very few
  21. trains have used the Westside Branch, it being a storage track for cars
  22. sold to Gunderson Bros. for several years.
