  22. I own a Canon EOS A2, it is a great camera.

  26.     Fantastic metering.  Always on the dot for the 4 rolls of slides
  27.     I've shot.

  29.     Very quiet operation.  I'm used to my Pentax SuperA with Motor
  30.     drive A setup so when I started using the A2, I always have to
  31.     look at the film counter after finishing a shot.  Even the
  32.     shutter is almost in audiable.

  34.     16 custome function.  This allows you to taylor the camera's
  35.     functions to your own taste.  They don't go far enough, but
  36.     it's certainly sufficient.

  38.     The Quick Control Dial.  Fantastic placement.  You can react very
  39.     fast once you learn how to use it.  Actually, it is pretty
  40.     intutive !

  44.     Stupid #%^&$# Lithum battery.  And no off camera battery option.

  46.     No weather sealing.  One would expect weather proofing at $750 for
  47.     a camera body.

  49. I don't think you'll regrett buying an EOS A2.  I certainly have fun with
