-
- I own a Canon EOS A2, it is a great camera.
-
- What I like :
-
- Fantastic metering. Always on the dot for the 4 rolls of slides
- I've shot.
-
- Very quiet operation. I'm used to my Pentax SuperA with Motor
- drive A setup so when I started using the A2, I always have to
- look at the film counter after finishing a shot. Even the
- shutter is almost in audiable.
-
- 16 custome function. This allows you to taylor the camera's
- functions to your own taste. They don't go far enough, but
- it's certainly sufficient.
-
- The Quick Control Dial. Fantastic placement. You can react very
- fast once you learn how to use it. Actually, it is pretty
- intutive !
-
- What I don't like :
-
- Stupid #%^&$# Lithum battery. And no off camera battery option.
-
- No weather sealing. One would expect weather proofing at $750 for
- a camera body.
-
- I don't think you'll regrett buying an EOS A2. I certainly have fun with
- mine.
-
- Good Health.
