  23. Real problem, I regret to say, here in Alameda.

  26. should be allowed to run loose, just that it's a risk an
  27. outdoor cat experiences.

  29. Not exposed to poisons.  Commonest example seems to be car
  30. antifreeze, which tastes good to cats but kills them.

  32. There are other advantages. There are also disadvantages.
  33. Unfortunately, in an increasingly urban world, the scales
  34. seem to be tipping toward keeping cats indoors.
