- I wasn't the poster about the hissing technique, sorry. I've raised all
- of my gang from kittens and they do respond to a hiss or a growl, and to no.
- Hissing generally means knock it off, a growl is roughly don't you dare,
- and no is reserved for things that they absolutely should not do.
- The hiss is usually through the teeth, unless someone hisses at me, such as
- while getting medical treatment or a bath. Then I reply in kind.
