  28. Indeed.  However, if one is going to postulate solutions to the present
  29. problems, I might point out that it may be prudent to postulate problems
  30. with the proposed solutions to the problems at the same time, so as to
  31. prevent the possibility of problems precipitating themselves at some time
  32. post-present, when the resolution of the previously unpredicted problems
  33. may be made somewhat more problematic, if not enitrely prevented, by a
  34. poor perusal of the proposed solution, or a least poor planning.
