- here's some info. "high output voltage regulator" is a misnomer.
- the regulator just changes the RPM at which maximum charging occurs.
- on the "old" boxers, that would be at about 4k RPM. with the new
- regulator, it's just below 2k RPM.

- you will benefit from the change if you consistently ride
- below 4k RPM. if you don't, save your money. or just buy
- a battery charger and plug it in every so often.
