  14.    The plan puts mobile transmitters only 2.5Khz off of our channels!
  15.    I doubt that it would be safe to trust even the best of narrow band
  16.    receivers to reject a multiple time more powerful signal that close.

  18.  This is the situation here (in Finland). We have some channels in the 27MHz
  19. band and some other hobbyist action in between. No, not hams, people who buy
  20. a transceiver and start to speak, no certification needed. As you might guess
  21. the selectivity of their output is not good, we who use 27MHz band suffer 
  22. from strange misactions of our cars (35MHz saved for flying and 40MHz rare).
  23.  DO SOMETHING SO THAT THIS WOULD NOT BE REALITY FOR YOU THERE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
