  14.     Flying models with TV cameras (both helicopters and airplanes) has been
  15. done quite a few times and is not difficult if you are an experienced pilot.
  16. It is not something that I would recommend to a beginner.  Your best bet would
  17. be to locate a local hobby shop that caters to R/C flyers and talk to the
  18. shop personnel about clubs in the area.  Then get yourself signed up with
  19. an instructor.  Good luck.
