  19. Be forewarned that the documentation for this program is "auf Deutsch" [in 
  20. German]. Since I don't have access to a Windows system I don't know if the 
  21. program's menus, etc. are also written in German.

  23. It appears that this program is intended to control a Marklin or Arnold 
  24. command control system.
