- IMHO, I can help you on this subject. You may have a problem working these
- techniques into a formal setting. I have observed only 2 different kicks used
- by street-fighters untrained in MA. 1. the standard front kick- except this
- kick does not elevate the knee & extend the leg. The leg remains stiff with a
- heavy shoe, and is swung up to groin level. 2. the flying front kick- big
- running start, kicking with sole of foot. Those are the only kicks I've ever
- scene that were effective.
